Texas Trap and Skeet is a student run "sport club" at the University of Texas at Austin. Our organization operates under the Division of Recreational Sports, which is a sub-division of Student Affairs. We work to engage UT students and faculty in shotgun sports with a focus on skeet, trap, sporting clays, super sporting and five stand. We have both casual and competitive members and send squads to compete at the local, state, and national levels.
We are a group of diverse yet like-minded students that shoot competitively and casually. We are very proud of our academic achievements and place a large emphasis on academic success. However, we are equally committed to the success of this team and its members. We encourage people with all skill levels to come check out our organization.

The team holds regular practices every Friday during the school year. We also hold unofficial practices multiple times a week at our local shotgun range: Capitol City Clays.
